Can long term use of Kratom affect your immune system? I noticed when I add alcohol usage I catch all kinds of viruses. Shingles in 2021. Tonsillitis in 2022 and most recently a prolonged cold or flu. Like clockwork, illness seems to come after heavy or continuous days of alcohol consumption. I have all the flu, pneumonia, COVID vaccines. Definitely not a coincidence. I’m going to take some time off from Kratom dosing for awhile to see if I can build up my immune system. Waddya think? Hi Joey I found your YouTube channel about 2 months ago I ordered Joey talks capsules from krabot this may sound stupid but the thousand milligrams that's on the bottle is that for the whole bottle of capsules I take two and I don't really feel anything and I was wondering what the norm was of capsules that you should take in a day of this particular brand I know everyone is different I don't want to overdo it and make myself sick on the bottle it said it contains about 1 G of the active ingredient so what's the normal amount of capsules to take I feel so stupid asking this question LOL it's hard to put it in words hoping you can help me out I watch your YouTube channel all the time and I love it it's so informative sorry that the punctuation is off in this I'm legally blind and I use talk text thank you so much in advance

Anyone else sometimes have trouble peeing? I just noticed this recently, I also take suprafocus along with multiple vitamins that ive taken daily for 15 years. Just wondering if this can be normal, im gonna try to track it and see if i notice a certain pattern. I take .5-1.0 gram capsules 1-2 times daily. I rotate between green md, green malay, and recently added white bali back into my regimen. Let me know
