Joey how does one use black seed oil capsules to taper down the Kratom capsules

Hi, Joey- I accidentally bought kratom powder instead of capsules. I bought some empties and I'm trying to fill them. Any suggestions?Thanks for your advice!

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer me ! I'm going on a trip and know that the capsules would be more convenient than the powder, but, with buying krabots joeys blend, 180 capsules and taking 20g/day...it would only lasts for 9 days, right ?
