During tapering down to reduce tolerance, when taking a half dose of Kratom and the other half dose of Stem & Vein do you log only the amount of Kratom taken or do you log the total amount of both Kratom and Stem & Vein? For example if you usually take a dose of 3 grams of Kratom but to taper down and reduce your tolerance you start taking 1.5 grams of Kratom and 1.5 grams of Stem & Vein, would you log in your journal that you took 3 grams or just 1.5 grams? After reading your books and watching your videos on Stem & Vein since you mention it has totally different alkaloids would it be wise to not count it as Kratom grams taken for that serving/day? Maybe even have a separate journal for Stem & Vein all together?
