I take between 4-6gms twice daily sometimes three times depending on anxiety I switch colours and use stem and vein

That sounds lik a good amount. I would say use stem and vein when that dose starts to not work for you any longer. Use stem and vein for 3-4 days and then your tolerance should be pretty low again :D
