Red Light Therapy and Kratom

Hey Joey I was just wondering if you have ever thought about Red Light Therapy. It’s supposed to help with depression. I think that in conjunction with Kratom would be wonderful. I just bought me one. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays a role in mood, appetite, and sleep. Low levels of serotonin are linked to depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Another study found that red light therapy improved symptoms of depression with use just one hour a day. In addition to improving mood, red light therapy has also been shown to improve brain function. Multiple studies found that red light therapy improved cognitive performance in people with dementia and Alzheimer's. Another study found that this light therapy improved symptoms of ADHD in children. Red light therapy is also being studied as a potential treatment for concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury. A concussion is a type of brain injury that can cause symptoms like headache, nausea, and dizziness. I was just think about you. ♥️♥️♥️

Oh yes! I've been looking into red light therapy for a few months. I found a place by my house that has an entire body red light bed and I've been wanting to sign up to use it. I travel a lot, so that's why I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. I've also thought about buying a small pannel, but I'm torn if I should spend the money on the panel or the membership, lol! Stay tuned because I will be starting to use it very soon :D
    Thanks for thinking of me!
