Hi Joey, First off, thank you so much for everything you do for this community. There is so little qualified information on Kratom, and you seem very informed and selfless in your supply of information. I know that kratom and alcohol should not be mixed. However, I have certainly mixed them before, though not deliberately. I would take an evening dose of about 4g and then have a drink or two with dinner a bit later. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but certainly do not want to have anything happen. How long would you recommend keeping in between doses of kratom and drinking alcohol?

    Hi John. I think most of us have had alcohol without remembering we had kratom in our system. I belive the concern is for people who combined the two often. I don't drink much anymore but when I was drinking, I would leave 6 hours inbetween my last dose and my first drink. Hope this helps!
