White rabbit kratom seltzer

What’s the equivalent of 40 mg kratom extract in the seltzer to the normal kratom powder dose? I usually take 1.5 to 2 grams kratom powder dose rn and wondering if it would be similar or less effective or more potent? I’ve never tried extract before but interested in the seltzers after the new vid!

    Hi! It's really difficult to compare extracts with poweder because they do effect the body differently. If I were you, I would start by trying a 1/2 a can to play it safe. 40mg isn't a lot, but if you're only taking 1.5-2g of poweder, I think you should start with 20mg.
