libido cratered

Hey, I recently stopped kratom on Feb 13 for many reasons....I was doing way too much, my libido cratered, my skin got super dry, I worry about traveling to states where it's illegal, it freaked me out when I started waking up in the middle of the night and not able to sleep unless I did a dose, etc..... Anyway, my skin is still super dry and my libido is very slowly returning, but I would like to speed up the process for both....any ideas on how to do that or is it simply a matter of time?

Hmmm... not really sure about why it would take time. When I take my kratom breaks for a few days, my libido is back the next day. The skin issue, I've never had but then again, I live in Tampa, where it's humid all the time. Two great supplements for libido are turktesterone and maca. You can find both online pretty easily and they're not expensive. As far as your skin goes, do you wash and mositurize your skin daily? If not, You may want to purchase some body lotion and give that a go. Also, you take an omega 3 supplment and collegene to help your skin. Let me know if you try any of these and if they work for you.

I've had to start moisturizing my entire body, never had to before, of course I shower daily.  I take omega3 daily, but not collegen, maybe I'll start with that.  I guess I really overdid it for too long, a high price to pay, but it got me thru a very dark time in my life.  I've tried turkestrone before and didn't notice anything from it, so I stopped it, plus it's a steroid so you have to be knowledgable about steroids, and cycling on/off or you could cause yourself more problems and I don't have time become an expert in steroid usage.  I've never tried maca yet.  It's Mar 1 as I write this and my libido is barely there, and I still have to moisturize daily.....another thing to worry about.  I thought intense workouts would flush out all the bad stuff and make me whole again, but so far no.  I've always worked out, just not this intensely.
