Hi!
Not much has changed with my stem and vein use. For me, I typically use it taper every 6 weeks. The first two days I take 1/2 kratom and 1/2 s&v for the entire day. On day 3, I just take s&v till day 7. By then, my tolerance has greatly reduced and I can start taking kratom again at a much lower dose.
