ADVICE 🧐

Hello Joey, Hope you are doing well. I am a 55 year old female. I have been dealing with treatment resistant depression and anxiety for 13 years. I have been through ect and ketamine treatment. I am on 4 meds a day. I came across Kratom about three months ago. I have been purchasing Special Speciosa brand. For the first time in 13 years I can feel some motivation and energy. It is a blessing. I take a teaspoon twice a day which is the equivalent to 2400mg per teaspoon approximately . That’s all I’ve done. I have tried a variety but the green Maeng Da is the most helpful. I know you can only give your opinion and it would greatly be appreciated. Do you have a suggested routine that would be the safe and healthy way to proceed?

Hi! I can relate a lot to what you’ve been through and kratom has been the best thing I’ve used (including medications). I’ve found whites work even better than greens for motivation and depression. I’d suggest giving one a try. The best advice is to keep your tolerance low. Less is always more with kratom. If you find you’re using more than you like, or if you take too much where it stops working, take a tolerance break. If you want an in-depth routine, check out my kratom guide and journal. • Thank you so much!  I have the white but have not tried it yet.  I will give it a go.  I also bought the tea bags.
