Crushed leaf kratom tea dose

Hey Joey just watched the new vid, I’m wondering if there’s a dosage guide that compares how much crushed leaf to put in your tea as to how much regular kratom powder it would equate too?

    I get this question a lot and it really is a different beast. I personally haven't found a way to compare the effects of the tea vs. powder vs. extracts. In my experience they interact so differently with the body. Now, you could measure out gram for gram if you'd like. For example, if you take 3 grams per dose, measure out 3 grams of the tea and brew that up.
