Kratom and fasting
Hi Joey, thanks again for your supportive videos! I use Krabot, however, I have to fast for 12 hours only water for some blood work. What do you suggest?

- JJoeyHi Anne, That's a tough one. I've had a few people ask me about this. Some people use an extract due to the fact that you use very little, which won't effect stomach contents but if you're comfortable doing that, you may just need to bare through the 12 hours
