I have been trying kava recently and have been using kratom for a few years, and I want to try both of them and how is your experience with sing both? Any advice please Joey you are very knowledgeable and I watch all your videos and appreciate what you do! It really helps to know others go through what I go through and understand and we are able to communicate with each other without judgement and with caring. 

Hi Maria!Great question. Kava and kratom are commonly used together, but you just have to make sure you don't use too much of each at the same time. If you do, you may feel sleepy and some brain fog. I recommend alternating them, such as kratom at 12pm and then kava at 2pm, etc. BUT it's one of those things you just have to play around with. Actually, this question is a great idea for a video, as I think a lot of people wonder about the same thing
