- JJoeyHi Vicky! This is common for many people. Once you feel the effects of kratom plateau you can either 1. Use potentiators 2. Increase your dose or 3. Taper down for 3-5 days. My best recommendation is to taper for a few days and then go back to your usual dose. This always helps the effects of kratom come back.
