I'm lucky enough to have a fairly non-religious family (at least the parts of it my parents and I talk to), which means I don't know what it's like to grow up being gay in a conservative church. I'm also usually the 'therapist friend' for most of my gay friends because I can understand what they're going through for the most part, but that's one think I don't understand. And also I feel I should try to understand as many struggles (and also successes? Idk what to call that) because it will help me to make sure I don't become the oppressor by accident. So is there anything you can explain that might help me (and whoever else might want to know) to understand? Or is there anything often overloaded because it's something that people think everyone knows so it's not talked about? I'll probably never be able to fully understand as I have never actually experienced being in that situation, but I want to try to understand and learn as much as I can.
What is Deconstruction? (I saw it in your profile) Is it something that just leads to Atheism?
Do you have a favorite TV show or Band? What do you do in your free time?
What is the hardest thing you had to unlearn in your deconstruction journey?
