CJC 1295/Ipamorelin fasting window before bedtime injection

Hi Jay, I recently started taking CJC ,1295/Ipamorelin at your recommendation. I am a 50 year old female in good condition. I am taking 200 mg at night before bed (10pm). I heard if you are not in a fasted state the peptide could actually trigger insulin release? How many hours after dinner do I need to fast for this peptide to be effective? Thank you so much.
