Tummy Fat Loss
Hi Jay, I'm 45 years old, mother of 3 teenagers and I workout consistently 6 days a week (weight training and cardio). 5 years ago I weighed around 135 lbs and now I'm 165 lbs. I gave up alcohol in 2023 and have not lost any weight. I have done a wellness check twice now in the last 8 months and I'm finally getting some of my hormones leveled. I'm currently taking birth control, metformin, Ipamorelin/CJC 1295 (10 units) 5 days a week. I do have some other supplements that I've been put on to help with digestion and daily vitamins. I am not sure on my body fat percentage but I can tell you I'm very fit looking everywhere except my belly fat has been harder to control more than ever. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for me moving forward of what I can do to help decrease my stomach/mid section growing? Thank you in advance for your help!
