MOTC reconstitution help

I'm trying to do the math for the Dr. Seeds MOTC protocol (5 mg of MOTS-C injected subcutaneously 3 times per week on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday). 1) 10 mg vial of MOTC 2) add 2 ml liquid 3) using 1 ml insulin syringe (100 units) 4) pull to 100 mark to get 5 gm of MOTC? I think my math is off somewhere. I would be going through 1.5 vials of MOTC a week. Thanks
