Progesterone for sleep
Hey Jay, I've had a real tough time staying asleep the last few years. I wake up a couple times a night to pee, and usually around 2 or 3:00am I won't be able to fall back asleep for a solid hour or so. Dr. Anthony Jay said not being able to fall back asleep from 3am-4am sounds textbook like a progesterone deficiency. He said to check with you and see if you've got any thoughts on that.
