What would be your protocol for a young teenager with a sprained ankle be ? bpc-157 alone? Or do you recommend a different path?

I don't have enough data from you about the teenager.
Is he/she a competitive athlete?
If its not a severe ankle sprain, ICE, Heat and compression for 3-7 says is enough.
He is a competitive athlete in football and rugby and does sports performance training. I was just curious if you recommend peptides to help with injuries to teenagers such as sprains and tears. I know severity of an injury can determine a lot of variables but im looking to the future because im not keen on doctors rushing to do surgeries.
