Diet Soda

Jay, what do you drink? I have a few Coke Zero's or diet cherry Pepsis a day probably 3-4, in addition to 10 glasses of water and a Gatorade zero calorie. Do you see that hurting my health, fat loss, and overall fitness? Thanks as always...

    Drinking diet soda is HORRIBLE and will definitely slow down fat loss goals.

    The carbonic acid in those drinks plays havoc with the digestive tract. The replacement sugar also retards insulin metabolism in studies.
