Idiopathic hypersomnia patient

Hi Jay Iam kiran 31yr old male from India .2years ago i took COVID vaccine and due to very rare side effect iam suffering from idiopathic hypersomnia .sysmptoms are feels sleepy during day.not motivated to do tasks..brain fog,my lifestyle and day to day life has been hamper because of it .i tried modafinil for months but it has led to behavioral issues so I stopped,then tried methylphenidate it didn't suit me as well..iam really stuck in my life with what course of treatment i should follow next ...i really need your help, please help me ..guide me with something which would help me with symptoms and also safe without leading to change in behavior or mental state .
