Collagen or peptide for cartilage

Hi jay, relatively new and love your stuff. Do you recommend any peptide or collagen supplement that are legit to help build Cartilage in the joints after stem cell treatment. I have your peptide book and haven’t seen any thing for cartilage repair. Thank you

    Diet with clean, healthy carbohydrates and also use the Supplement JFLex 9 by TrueNutrition.com

    Depending on the level of degradation in your soft tissue, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu are great peptides for soft tissue repair. TB-500 also helps in combo with BPC-157 to further suppress inflammation and enhance angiogenesis.
