I’m currently using HDH5 days a week. I was thinking of using IPA/ TESA on the other two days, what are your thoughts?

Makes absolutely no sense whatsover.
Time off is time off to allow the pituitary to reset and recover.
If you want to rotate(and thats silly also assuming you can afford hGH year round) move from one to the other every 6 months.
