Peptide Stack

Loving your book. I do have a question regarding stacking. For my fat loss stack with an immune booster, I would use your suggestion of Ipamorelin plus MOTS-C with Thymosin-Alpha 1 plus add in Tesofensine. My question: Can I add Semaglutide or Tirzepatide once weekly to the above OR do I only use these peptides ONE at a time? Meaning I either use Ipamorelin, or Semaglutide, or Tirzepatide separately but NOT together in a stack? Thinking your online course might help me in future as I want to shift my goals. Thank you
