Dry skin issues

Hey Jay, loving the new book. Best source for the knowledge and understanding of peptides I’ve seen yet. So my skin. I’ve had pretty bad dry skin since I was 10 or so years old. To the point I fucking hate winter. If I don’t hydrate my skin for even one day, my skin will tear and be annoyingly painful. Over the last year my diet has been really clean. Zero processed foods, cheat meals, alcohol. I also don’t take burning showers and scrub my skin raw, either. Water intake is over a gallon every day. My electrolyte levels are in healthy ranges. I run a humidifier every single day. An old dermatologist over a decade ago told me it was a “condition”, but I don’t believe that. I think I’m deficient in something. Micronutrients, minerals, gut health maybe (even though I don’t perceive any gut health problems). So not sure what could be causing this. What should I be looking for to help understand the root of this? Any direction in specific I should start looking into in your opinion?

    Definitely.

    Spiritual trauma healing.

What is the root cause of your skin being dry? Ask the right questions and the answers will come!

Thank you for that. Don't know anything about it, but will definitely begin understanding it better. Is the best path for that a plant medicine journey?

No. Seeing a regression hypnosis therapist.

Or learning how to meditate, become contemplative and or introspective.

You must learn to become still where all answers are found.

    Be Still and KNOW GOD!
