I would use both as they do different things and are synergistic in nature.
I don't have enough data from you to provide any more granularity.

Thanks Jay. I'm 14%bodyfat. Been useing Tirzepatide for 6weeks. 90kg, work out daily, on 100enathate weekly, dedicated thyroid and metformin 1.5g. I have to rationalise the cost so if I could just afford one which would be of more benefit or should I cycle between the two?

What is your goal ultimately Paul? Still haven't told me. If its to get your body fat below 10%, both together will help more than one alone. Tirze kills appetite and improves metabolic uncoupling. Tesofensine increases BDNF and slightly enhances metabolic uncoupling.

Thanks Jay. Yes my goal is to get sub 10% my mass is fine and by most accounts I look similar to you at 55. I'm just not as lean. I anticipate I will do 5 months on Tirzepatide then switch to cjc and ipermorellin. Ps This question format is a genius idea if you can make it sustainable.
