My daughter was operated on for a CHD shortly after birth, and had a complicated hospital stay: on the brink a couple times. In the process of hospital stay her digestion was definitely trashed; she was put on tpn, and octreotide- and then then a crappy nestle brand formula. I've worked hard to recover her gut. But aside from that she has scars on her pulmonary vascular system in multiple places where they Frankensteined her heart. They have put a timeline on her next surgery based on the state of her right ventricle. She had a pulmonary conduit and some mapcas moved. I've done research and the number one reason for reoperation is failure, calcification, or dysfunction of the conduit- or heart failure. I'm also concerned that one of her lungs is not doing well and nobody I've brought it up to has offered a valid response. I've been giving her hawthorn- instead of propranolol We are passed a date that was given-for a scheduled reoperation and she's been doing great since then she learned to walk and she's been thriving... although recently her exercise tolerance has gone down. You could probably tell what my concerns should be better; but as far as I know right now I'm seeking things to reduce or reverse calcification and inflammation- reduce load on heart(heart failure), open pulmonary vascular system, and keep a healthy rhythm.
How can I reduce it what foods and vitamins do you recommend. Mainly it is in 30 highest 35 I did have some aches and pains had my bloods come and come back at 43 recently I want to know what the actual cause of is I drink a lot of coffee could that be causing the inflammation
My 84 yo mother had a tiny stroke two months ago. She’s taking two blood thinners along with blood pressure medication. She is freezing all the time. Can only stay awake for three hours at a time. I do not use western medicine myself and I would like to take her off these meds. I do not know how to transition her from these meds but I believe cayenne pepper and other herbs could be useful without diminishing her beautiful light. Any thoughts? PS. I believe the “stroke” was emotionally charged and they called it AFIB for lack of obvious diagnosis. Thank you Patricia
i get alot of abscesses on my body especially my underarm and private area currently have infected eye lids not sure if neutrophil level has to do with any of that as it came up as abit low on my blood results. Diet is currently 2 meals a day with about 18hrs fasting. I eat Jumbo Oats with Full fat milk, blueberries, strawberries and banana for my first meal and then for dinner i eat 1/4 plate carbs which can be rice or wholegrain pasta half plate of veg and salad and 1/4 plate protein i do add some cheese for fats. I was previously eating eggs for my first meal with avocado but it got really boring so i started with Oats.
