i get alot of abscesses on my body especially my underarm and private area currently have infected eye lids not sure if neutrophil level has to do with any of that as it came up as abit low on my blood results. Diet is currently 2 meals a day with about 18hrs fasting. I eat Jumbo Oats with Full fat milk, blueberries, strawberries and banana for my first meal and then for dinner i eat 1/4 plate carbs which can be rice or wholegrain pasta half plate of veg and salad and 1/4 plate protein i do add some cheese for fats. I was previously eating eggs for my first meal with avocado but it got really boring so i started with Oats.

Do you have any tips on lowering lipoprotein A? My dad has a relatively good cholesterol panel but his lipoprotein a is high and it’s causing multiple blockages and the doctors only option is statins. He had a massive heart attack at the age of 47. He’s extremely fit and “healthy”. He just had another heart attack in his lower right side and there are 2 more blockages. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
