Then I was sent for a left heart catheterization and after they said I needed triple bypass surgery. He put me on enestro and a beta blocker. I told him I don't have any chest pains or shortness of breathe. Is there anyway to go the natural route instead of taking medicine.

I just bought some really good Sicilian extra virgin Olive Oil made by Pantanna. I It mentioned in the list "Contents per serving" ...Lipides 14g / 15ml serving! I'm a little confused as I understood good quality cold pressed extra virgin olive oil was a really good supplement to drink for someone with a poor heart health such as mine.
