Hi Maurice. I'm in Integrative Health Practitioner, specialising in helping people heal from chronic illness. I had 30 plus chronic symptoms and have managed to get it down to just one symptom I can't get rid of. Ectopic beats. These range between 10-1500 a day depending on the day. I feel like they are gut related, and are really heavy when I have throat congestion (this is where I think silent reflux) I have worked on rebalancing my gut, removing pathogens and being an IHP my diet is 80/20. I have used all sorts of magnesium, potassium, taurine, carnitine etc have done a year's worth of research but nothing seems to make them permanently stop. I wasn't born with this, they only started when I became chronically ill. This is the last symptom that just needs to go. I have worked on my anxiety etc nthey can come and go, but as mentioned seem to get worse and noticeable when I have throat congestion. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, i bought your e book on reducing hypertension - im normally around 131 to 139/83 - but has gone up lately around 140/95 and higher when I panic - I have bad gerd and gut health, horrible anxiety which is constant and panic attacks. Doctors advise not to check my blood pressure with my anxiety and panic as I get anxious/panicy when putting the cuff for the machine around my arm. With your ebook ive bought magnesium taurate & nitric supplements. But have seen no changes. I have 12 years of high level soccer, 7 years of weight training. Put on lots of weight in the last 3 years, which I dropped down back to where I was now and I’m running 6-10kms a week. Don’t drink coffee, low sodium diet, don’t over eat, 3-5L water daily.
