Hello Maurice,

My last blood test showed that my hypothyroidism is higher now .. and my doctor told me to be careful   i started pre diabetes!! I know since 2 years to now i gain 60 pounds! Also i have have sleep apnea since 18 month  but i cant wear the machine. My questions please?? What supplement should i take and not take to help my cause? And what to to?...thank you 🙏   I do take syntroid and my doctor will increase it.
