Chronic elevated IGG LEVELS

Hello. I've had elevated IGG Levels (1700) for months . Gaza globulin right on the cusp of normal , kappa light chains elevated 1947. I've been tested for multiple myeloma, amyloidosis amongst other things . Drs are clueless . Could this be EBV? I guess the most blunt way to put it is Am I going to die ?

When IGG is high, it's an auto-immune disorder, in order to help you better and understand what is causing the inflammation... I need to know your diet/lifestyle eating and drinking habits, how many meals, what you eat, drink, etc... and if you are taking any supplements or drugs.

I have also had elevated kappa light chains for about 8 months , 1 positive ANA speckled 1:160 and have tested ANA NEGATIVE 6 times after the initial positive ANA Test 6 months ago

I fast from 8pm to 12pm the next day every day, no breakfast

I brush my teeth with coconut oil and baking soda or diatomaceous earth

The morning hours I use to take my herbs and supplements
    I start with lemon water
    Fenbendazole granules
    Turkey tail capsules
    Milk thistle
    Vitamin D3
    Vitamin K2
    Selenium
    NAC
    Probiotic
I  drink distilled water with baking soda and Celtic salt throughout the day

I break my fast with raw fruits or smoothies
    Grapes
    Cantaloupe
    Or pineapple
Blueberries With yogurt and granola and honey

If it's a smoothie , I use beets , spirulina, chlorophyll, chia seeds, L glutamine , water, pineapple, blueberries, hat Itami powder ginger , tumeric . Sarsasparilla

Lunch is usually raw kale with tomatoe, red onion, raisins, Asian sesame
Dressing , Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes

Dinner is chick pea and mushroom patties with Brussels or some other veggie like cabbage .

Typically Monday through Thursday I eat raw vegan but I am not vegan .  On the weekend I eat cooked food and I eat chicken, Turkey or fish, no pork no beef .

I used to drink alcoholic drinks socially about 2 times weekly but I stopped doing that once I started having these symptoms .  I consume wine maybe twice a month now

    I don't do any drugs

I also take magnesium glycinate , mag07 at night , biotin, MCT OIL, raw apricot kernels

I have exhausted all specialist and have since been referred and  seen by an oncologist with no answers .  They tested me for multiple myeloma because of the elevated kappa light chains and because my kidney function went low last year, but I've gotten up since from 57 GFR to 75.  MRI shows a bone lesion on my sacrum with no uptake .  I'm afraid that it's cancer and I'm afraid that I'm dying .  There is also protein in my 24 hour urine for six months.

    WBC NORMAL
    HEMOGLOBIN NORMAL
    LYMP NORMAL
    ESR NORMAL
    C REACTIVE PROTEIN NORMAL

I APPRECIATE YOU REPLYING TO ME .  It means a lot to me .  Thank you

After reviewing your info, why is it that initial meal is high in sugars? as the insulin spikes causing more of inflammation, could eliminate that to last meal of the day, and instead stick to vegetables, avocado, and or meats. with no sugars
