TINNITUS HELP

Tinnitus - I hear it in my ears but it truly feels like a brain issue. What can I do and take to help silence this high pitched sound (sounds like a light build that is about to die)? I have had for 3 years since having covid. It sometimes is much lauder than other times but never do I have silence.
