Hi Maurice,

I suffer from migraines, for over 20 years. I have made changes and I try to live a healthy lifestyle but I feel I’m not successful. I don’t smoke or drink anymore. I’m still over weight, by 10/15kg. I work out 3 days a week, lifting weights with a trainer. I see a naturopathic practitioner and I take magnesium, zinc, probiotics, vitamin B complex and D. I know there can be a lot of variables with this but I would like to hear from you.
