What you doing seems ok. But if Magnesium Chloride is not saturated at the cellular levels you are wasting your time, effort and money. Magnesium Chloride should be consumed at least 3 to 4 times a day, every 3hrs roughly. to fix the issue, if you need more information on how to saturate, you can get the following document link listed below.
In addition, I would add L-theanine and L-tyrosine to your lifestyle on empty stomach. L-theanine of 200mg in the morning and before sleep, and L-tyrosine of 500mg at least 2 or 3 times a day.
