Not sure what Calss of G6PD you fall under. But, I would discontinue the use of all grains and legumes. Stick to a single ingredient food without being heavily processed, limit the amount of vitamin K intake from vegetables and from certain cheeses. and always keep an eye on Zin and Copper levels
