Non Toxic Multinodular Goiter

Hi. I just found out I have a nontoxic multinodular goiter. Approximately 1cm but not 1cm. What do I need to do to reduce them or get rid of them.? Thank you!

    Hi; I need more information; what is your current Free T4 and Free T3 levels, also reverse T3 levels.

    We can get you started on radioactive iodine therapy, but more info is required..

    T4 free serum, NG/dl - 1.08 T3, free, pg/ml - 3 T3, reverse, lc-ms/ms NG/dl - 13.5 Iodine ug/l - 56.2 Thyroid peroxidase antibody U/ML - 11 Thyroglobulin antibody IU/ML - 16.1 Ultrasound result: Isthmus: heterogenous with increased blood flow, Location: Superior isthmus, 1.0×0.4×1.1cm (Mixed) Right lobe: heterogenous with increased blood flow, Location: Midline right lobe, 0.9x 0.8 x 0.7cm (Solid) Left lobe: heterogenous with increased blood flow, Location: Midline left lobe, 1.1 x 1 0 x 1.1cm (solid) Impression: Bilateral solid nodules with largest approximately 1cm. Recommended 12 month follow up. TIrad4
