Hi, I’m wondering your thoughts on the book How Not to Die. Seems extremely well researched.

    There are lots of different books out there in regards how to live to 100, or how not to die. And almost all these books they focus on specifics of vegetables, nuts/seeds and others… but it’s different per individuals. Keep in mind lots of these books are personal thoughts/experience of that individual but it doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. By all means give it a shot and see how your gut microbiome is changing your sleep pattern, digestion, and performance. Than adjust accordingly.
