Period blood tests

I am doing my periodic blood tests and i asked the doctor to do MPO and LpPLA2 , the doctor said unless there are other indicators that require further investigation they're not required. Would you suggest that I still do those tests just as a routine check?

I would at least try or attempt because they both give us an indication for soft plaque inflammation and or growth. MPO or LpPLA2.This is a good test to be safe than to be sorry and having calcification or soft plaque bursting.
