Hi; It all starts with your diet first and whether you are insulin sensitive or resistant. In addition, meals should be no more than 1 or 2 meals a day, intermittent fasting should be practiced almost few times a week As well based on your lifestyle, supplements should be consumed; Magnesium Chloride Niacin R-ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) R version Vitamin E Tocotrienols Vitamin C Nitrate Supplement (is most important) In addition, everything starts in the gut, you either eat to feed a disease or eat to heal one.

If your 2 meals a day has proper up to 100g of protein and at least 20 to 40g of good fats, should be plenty enough, and I would include at least organ meat at least once or twice a week. There are numerous audience who thrive on 2 meals and even 1 meal a day. As I been on that same process for the past 7 years… it’s much healthier and better for longevity. In addition, adding nutrient dense food is the key, and good saturation fats to keep you satiated for hours.
