carnivore diet

started carnivore diet, got blood work, chol 204, hdl 24, ldlc 152.4, truck driver with lack of exercise….how can get control of these numbers ?

    Hi,Cholesterol numbers are irrelevant to worry about, your numbers are low. Even thought the LDL tends to go up higher than normal but it doesn’t mean it’s causing an issue. In addition, would like to know your triglyceride levels to find out if you are over eating FATS or not. in addition, if you are going to get blood tested, it’s also good to check the following to make sure no oxidization is happening.HS-CRP, Fibrinogen, homocysteine, LP(a), MPO, GFR, AST, ALT, GGT, BUN
