Cholesterol levels

I recently turned 52 and just had my blood panel checked. I’m 5’10 245 lbs. My main concern with my test results that I would like to talk about are my cholesterol levels. Can you please recommend vitamins I can take to lower my numbers. Hi, For cholesterol lowering, there are two supplements would highly recommend to lower your triglycerides levels, and prevent any LDL oxidization, same time it will maintain proper blood flow to your arterial system as whole. [Niacin](https://ca.iherb.com/pr/life-extension-vitamin-b3-niacin-500-mg-100-capsules/16365): start with 100mg and work your way up to 500mg or more, based on your goals. [Guide]( https://payhip.com/b/wvIGD)on how to saturate. [Nitrate Supplement](https://www.berkeleylife.com/register/?practitioner_code=MD2021): 2 capsules every morning.
