Adding B Complex

Hello from Greece. I heard u and stop statins 2 months now. I feel again great I have a stend in my heart, I take salospire in afternoon. I use vitamin c D3 with k2 and in the evening I usemagnesium. My question is that if I buy b complex vitamins, can I use it with all other supplements?

    Hi Makis, Yes you can use Vitamin B with all other supplements. But I would also add Niacin of 500mg flush version daily at dinner for the first 10 days, and increase another dose at lunch. Once you stop your Statins and if your cholesterol still unstable , you need Niacin to support
