Niacin benefits

Does niacin harden soft plaque for protection from heart attack or stroke ? what type of niacin and dosage is recommended daily?

    Hi; Niacin does prevent Oxidization, which in fact it does reduce the soft plaque. What hardens soft plaque, is the Calcium and Cholesterol LP(a). There is a test called MPO, or LpPLA2 to check if you have any soft plaque build up, so far based on research and testing. If both are low there is no soft plaque, and the only two products that fix this, is Niacin and Aged Garlic.
