Bp and cholesterol.

Hi Maurice i lost 20 kg in an effort to become the best version of me for my kid born July 22 , and startet work on diagnosing for adhd , got the diagnose with some blood tests in October and some of the results are : B-Eosinofile granulocytter0,0-0,5=0.3 B-Hemoglobin 13,4 17,0=16.8 B-Leukocytter 3,5-11,0=7.6 B-Lymfocytter 0,8-5,0=1.5 B-Monocytter 0,1-1,3=0.3 B-Nøytrofile granulocytter 1,7-8,0=5.5 CKD-EPI creatinine=165 mL/min P-ALAT <70=13 P-ASAT <45=18 P-Ferritin 15-350=69 (95) P-iron 9-34= 20 (31) P-Kreatinin 60-105=75 P-T4, fritt 10-22=14 P-TIBC 45-83=71 (65) P-Transferrinmetning 15-57= 28 (47) P-TSH 0,3-4,5= 0.5 P-Vit B12, total (Kobalamin) 150-650= 349 P-Vit. B9 (Folsyre) > 7,0= 12 S-ALP<105= 115 S-HDL-Kolesterol 0,8-2,1=0.9 S-Kolesterol 3,3-6,9=5.6 S-LDL-Kolesterol 1,4-4,8=5.5 (4.9) S-Triglyserider 0,5-2,6=1.8 extra numbers in () are change from october to 1 december bp was 153/98 in october , 132/88 1 december =) startet medication after 1 blood test and now on 20mg dexamphetamine + 70 mg lisdexamphetamine daily. bp fixed and now project cholesterol have startet , doc put me on statins but no way i'm starting that . he put me on amlodipin for bp but i fixed it with niacin,d3,magnesium . so i have bought alot of stuff from iherb and got this now . Vitamin C, Plus Bioflavonoids & Rosehips, 1,000 mg MK-7 Vitamin K-2, Extra Strength, 300 mcg Vitamin E, 180 mg (400 IU) Magnesium (from 2,000 mg magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate) 200mg Kyolic, Aged Garlic Extract, One Per Day, 1,000 mg Taurine, Double Strength, 1,000 mg Hi Potency B Complex, L-Tyrosine, 500 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 500 mg Niacin, 500 mg Chlorella, 1,000 mg zinc. 25 mg Omega3 dha+epa 550mg d3 3200iu vit c ascorbic 1000mg eating 65 grams of arugula daily and strenght traing 3 times a week for a messed up supraspinatus so how should go by my day with supplements , what not to mix and at what times ? next bloodwork is feb 23 so i need to show the doc that statins works =) haha 43 years old at 125kg and 197 cm

    Hi Jorgen; Thanks for the info on everything, but would also like to see what is your diet/drink consist of as well to assist you further As for the vitamins when to take and how Vitamin C, Plus Bioflavonoids & Rosehips, 1,000 mg (empty stomach) MK-7 Vitamin K-2, Extra Strength, 300 mcg (with food) Vitamin E, 180 mg (400 IU) (with Food) is this tocotrenols? Magnesium (from 2,000 mg magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate) 200mg (empty stomach every 4hrs) Kyolic, Aged Garlic Extract, One Per Day, 1,000 mg (with food) Taurine, Double Strength, 1,000 mg (empty stomach and with magnesium) Hi Potency B Complex, (empty stomach or with food, make sure away from vitamin C at least 2 hrs apart) L-Tyrosine, 500 mg (empty stomach every 6hrs) Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 500 mg (empty stomach morning with coffee to enhance brain function and after lunch to boost mitochondria) Niacin, 500 mg (at lunch and at dinner) if the flush is gone, than take on empty stomach Chlorella, 1,000 mg (with food) zinc. 25 mg (with food) Omega3 dha+epa 550mg (with food, lunch and dinner) d3 3200iu (with food, mostly first meal of the day, with fats) vit c ascorbic 1000mg (empty stomach away from B-complex at least 2 hours) Arugula make sure with last meal of the day to prevent coagulation, at least 200g in quantities to activate nitric oxide Blood Test to add MPO, LP(a), APO B, HS-CRP, HbA1C, Fibrinogen, Homocysteine, LpPLA2, GGT, ACR, AST, BUN Let me know of the intake of food as well.
