Hi I am 35 years old and I have been suffering from high blood pressure for the past 10 years. I have done everything I could I don't smoke or drink alcohol just recently I have done echocardiogram test and result came back no evidence of enlarged heart but they saw minor Regurgitation of both valve I really dont know what to do now, I eat healthy and have normal bmi also I am suffering from pcos. If you could help reverse my BP I will be grateful. Many thanks

    Hi Maurice, Thank you so much for your reply. The Gp surgery is now closed as soon as they resume. I will send you my recent blood work. I have been on a gluten-free diet for the past 2 years and I have lost weight as well. In the morning, I drink 500mls of lemon water and 500mls of celery juice followed by a smoothie on a high protein diet. I also eat my blood type. Today I am going to do my blood tests Meg and electrocyte

    Hello, Looking forward to seeing your blood work. In addition, what is in the smoothie, if any type of fruits or simple carbs or high whey protein, there’s your problem, spiking insulin way too early in the morning. I understand you eat based on your blood type, but certain foods, such as grains, simple carbs, should never be consumed in the morning or second meal. Best to be left until last meal of the day.
