- MMauriceHi,After reviewing your lifestyle, I see a major deficiency and a major spike in insulin, causing inflammation -> which in return causing symptoms that it could lead to chronic disease, irregular heart rhythm, hypo, and HBP. And these 3 things could be fixed without any issues, but your lifestyle have to be adjusted correctly, as the supplements they will guide and adjust certain deficiencies but without dense nutrients, you will not be able to go forward with a healthier system. As every time we end up stopping the supplements, we could be set behind in dense nutrient levels. Your Eating habits should be like. Wrong Morning; you are drinking 1 litre of water, putting such a high stress on the kidneys to filter that much water causing depletion of minerals Correct Morning; Drink 1 to 2 cups of water with 20 drops of [trace minerals](https://ca.iherb.com/pr/trace-minerals-concentrace-trace-mineral-drops-4-fl-oz-118-ml/22266) Juicing; it’s like drinking a sugary drink and constantly spiking your insulin, causing inflammation, As all if not most fibers are removed that are supposed to balance insulin spikes, so I would say maybe juicing once a week is fine, but not daily, not depending on Fruits/vegetables, unless you are vegan – possibly. Instead for a nutrient rich meal You should be eating, Wild Fish or Grass Fed steak for lunch or first meal, and avocado, with some cold press organic olive oil, and possibly some fermented olives, or Kefir. For gut health. Dinner , should be similar to lunch, with different protein intake. Not fruits or vegetables or even juicing, if you really want to fix the hypo, and HBP, things have to be adjusted correctly, if you are scared of eating meat, we can adjust, as there is nothing wrong with eating meat, as it does fulfil your missing levels of nutrients. As for the supplements; (this will fix your heart rhythm only if you saturated with magnesium chloride correctly, and nitrate will activate blood flow, therefore any missing minerals will be replenished at the cellular levels, while vitamin E complex will reduce inflammation and allow the body to start functioning,[Magnesium Chloride](https://ca.iherb.com/pr/trace-minerals-ionic-magnesium-400-mg-2-fl-oz-59-ml/22222): Take 10 to 20 drops every 3 to 4hrs [Nitrate (Nitric Oxide)](https://www.berkeleylife.com/register/?practitioner_code=MD2021): Take 2 capsules in the morning [Vitamin E Complex](https://ca.iherb.com/pr/dr-mercola-vitamin-e-90-capsules/101979): Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at night with MEALS, after 45 days, increase first dose to 2 capsules

I have magnesium chloride by Alta 520mg, magnesium taurate by True MT 1500 per serving providing 130mg of elementary magnesium, and magnesium taurate by Tom Oliver 600mg.
Pls how do I saturate with magnesium chloride of 520mg
- MMaurice
In order to saturate with magnesium it should be consumed every 4hrs, until you hit soft stool effect. for example if you took 3 doses a day, and felt fine, continue on that road, until you hit softstool on your last dose, once you do... then cut down to two doses. and continue again, until you feel that soft stool, it could take 3 to 6 month, and sometimes longer depends how deficient you are.
