Recently diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and high cholesterol (329 w/LDL of 193, triglycerides 363, Apo A1 197, Apo B 205, oxLDL 46.4). Two years post menopausal, Hashimoto’s disease. I’m currently on OmegaAvail Hi Po, 2000mg of L-Threonate, 400 mg of Resveretrol, 500mg of Berberine, Lipoic Acid, Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) as well as other various supplements (B complex, C, D, Zinc, Cod liver oil, etc). Paleo diet. Any other things to consider to get my numbers back in check before I become a statistic?
