My current background is in real estate as an agent. Lately I’ve been exploring the idea of doing flips, developments, etc with real estate. Finding financing isn’t the hard part, raising the capital for things such as down payment is. So with all that being said and you having a background in startups and VC, there’s a common ground between both industries for raising capital. What advice or resources can you provide to help me getting started to raise capital ?

What is the best allocation of the time and resources when it comes to defining and executing your GTM strategy on day-to-day; week-to-week; and month-to-month basis? More specifically, what % of your mental bandwidth must be allocated to keeping your eyes on strategic objectives when executing day-to-day tactical objectives? Is it 80-20? 90-10?

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on the following: What are the most common mistakes that companies make when scaling post-market-fit? How can companies avoid making these mistakes? What are the key things that companies need to do to scale successfully post market-fit?

Hi Dan, it seems as if it's difficult to build repeatable and predictable sales conversion strategies in light of the broader economic. Due to, this our projections have been misguided and incorrect. We think our best path forward is to commercialize as much as we can while pushing off a mechanical sales process until we get to repeatability and predictability within our sales process for a quarter - your thoughts?
