Commercialization in a volatile macroeconomic market
Hi Dan, it seems as if it's difficult to build repeatable and predictable sales conversion strategies in light of the broader economic. Due to, this our projections have been misguided and incorrect. We think our best path forward is to commercialize as much as we can while pushing off a mechanical sales process until we get to repeatability and predictability within our sales process for a quarter - your thoughts?
